1. Retailer logs onto Quatro Log in to Quatro using your username and password to place your order. When making your order, you are able to take advantage of available special offers from suppliers whenever and as often as you like (subject to the terms and conditions of the offer).

	2. Quatro directs your order to supplier(s) Your single order is split if it contains products relevant to different suppliers and is directed by Quatro to the product suppliers.

	3. Track your order Follow the status of your order online through Quatro.

	4. Goods are delivered to the retailer Supplier delivers ordered goods to the retailer as normal.

	5. Retailer receives electronic invoice and/or delivery confirmation Suppliers' invoices and other confirmations (eg delivery notes) can be sent to retailers electronically depending on the retailer's level of integration. This may help save retailers time in updating POS or back office systems(BOS) if the retailers system is integrated with Quatro.
